JNVST Class 6 Eligibility Criteria 2025
- If a student was born between May 1, 2013, and July 31, 2015, they are eligible to apply.
- The proof must be a valid birth certificate.
- In the district of their choice, students must be enrolled in Class V at a government or government-recognized school for the 2024–2025 academic year.
- Students must submit valid proof of residency and can only apply if they reside in that district.
- To prevent repeat applicants from being admitted, Navodaya Vidyalaya may examine application history data.

Navodaya 6th Exam Details
- There will be two phases to the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) in 2025 for admission to Class 6.
- Phase 1 is set to begin at 11:30 AM on January 18, 2024, and Phase 2 is set to begin at 11:30 AM on April 12, 2025.
- There are 653 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in 27 states and 8 union territories that are part of the applicant pool.
- Applicants may run for office if, for the 2024–2025 academic year, they are enrolled in Class 5 at a government-recognized school within their district.

Navodaya Class 6 2024 Exam Pattern
Students who plan to take the Navodaya 6th Class admission test should review the exam pattern before the 2024 JNV entrance examination to gain an understanding of the type of questions that will be asked, the marking system, and the length of the exam.
- 2024–25 will see a two-hour NVS Class 6 admission process. From 11:30 am to 1:30 pm is when it is anticipated to take place.
